Membership

We do not currently offer free trials, but you may purchase a drop in pass for $15.00
No. Our memberships are month to month. Your membership begins the day you purchase and ends 30 days from the date of purchase. You must purchase a new membership every month.

We do not issue refunds but can put your account on hold with a valid reason. This is on a case by case basis.
Depending on the type of membership, you have access to a personal trainer in either a one-on-one, small or large group
Orientation
Everything you’ll need to know to begin
A 1-hour meeting with a staff of Yardyfit, who will take your before pictures, your starting weight, and go over the 10-day detox, which we recommend all new members to do.
Please text your full name and email to 954-996-2662, and the day you would like to attend orientation.
Monday at 6pm & Wednesday at 8pm
Please dress in workout attire. Ladies a sports bra is preferred as you will be asked to take off shirt to capture the most accurate before pictures of yourself. Gentlemen, you will be asked to remove your shirt as well.
Please download the below apps prior to attending orientation and create a profile:
RENPHO (Bluetooth scale) – used to take your weight as well as BMI, Body Fat, etc.
TELEGRAM – to gain access to the YardyFit group chat where you are able to communicate with other members and trainers.

Please contact the gm at 954-997-2662 to speak to the YardyFit assistant to help guide you through the process.
Online reservations/booking/checking in for Group Classes is available 14 days and 1 hour prior to the start of class. You will not be allowed to reserve/book/check in within 1 hour of the start of class (ex. class starts at 7pm. Must be reserved/booked/check in no later than 5:59pm)
Online reservations/booking/checking in for Private or Semi-Private sessions are available 14 days and 10 hours prior to the start of the session. You will not be allowed to reserve/book/check in within 10 hours of the start of the session (ex. Session starts at 7pm. Must be reserved/booked/check in no later than 8:59am)
Please cancel your reservation/booking/check in the same way you made the reservation/booking/check in.

If you are not able to cancel because it is too close to the start time, please contact Yardyfit assistant at 954-997-2662 to reschedule. Only 1 rescheduling is allowed per missed/cancelled session. (ex. if you miss a session, you may reschedule. If you miss the rescheduled session, you may not reschedule and no refund will be provided).

Personal Training

Private training is a one-on-one approach to reaching your specific fitness goals with the help of an experienced trainer
Semi-Private training is similar to private training in its approach to helping you reach your specific fitness goals with the help of an experienced trainer. These classes consist of 2 – 6 members.
